YOUR FACE IS YOUR CREDENTIAL™
Improve operational accountability and security at events with facial authentication, which allows guests and staff to use their face as a credential.
Gain total visibility into who is where and when during the entire duration of your event.
Stop credential sharing and ensure only authorized individuals can enter restricted areas.
Reduce the risk of manual ID checks and empower your security staff at sensitive locations.
Employees and other authorized individuals can link their face to their location- and time-based credentials, allowing them to enter restricted, premium, or employee-only areas and providing a full view of your venue or event’s access history.
Wicket technology is integrated into major credentialing providers, access control hardware, and visitor management platforms, as well as turnstiles and access hardware, making deployment fast and straightforward.
Wicket sensors simplify credentialing decisions for staff, empowering them to deny access to unauthorized individuals with greater confidence.
Sensors are designed to be easy to use, with a range of sensor modes that support the needs of guests, administrators, and operators.
Wicket sensors are lightweight and easy to update on event day, allowing teams to adjust sensor function, placement, and branding as needed.
We now have more accountability... And if somebody misuses their credential, we can suspend them or revoke them, and they won’t get credentialed anywhere, at any of our stadiums.

[Wicket technology] allows security guards to have something to actually back them up, to say—‘No, it’s red. I cannot allow you in here.’ They are more confident at their locations.

FACIAL CREDENTIALING
Simplify security with facial authentication that instantly validates credentials and permissions.
Connect staff members’ credentials to their face to ensure only authorized individuals can access sensitive or employee-only areas.
Event attendees can link their face to their event account, allowing them to check-in and check-out of sessions using facial authentication.
Allow guests to use their face to gain temporary access—based on role, location, and time—so they only go where they’re meant to.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Users connect their account, associated with their credentials or visitor permissions, to Wicket.
STEP 2
Users opt into the Wicket credentialing or visitor program and take and upload a selfie.
When they need access, all users have to do is arrive at a Wicket sensor, show their face, and go!
DIFFERENTIATORS
We are serious about privacy—customers own their lists and data, and participation in Wicket programs is opt-in only.
Switch, expand, and configure deployments on an event-by-event basis, enabling total program flexibility.
Wicket technology was built for live events, supporting events ranging from the hundreds to tens of thousands of people.
