Wicket has been a great addition to our operations by helping people move without friction, and has improved the experience for people across our business. Fans get in faster and can make purchases with their face, and it’s easier than ever for our staff and players to gain secure access throughout our buildings.

Prior to Wicket, fans dealt with long lines of 20 minutes or more at peak times. The Browns began with two lanes, and have expanded to over 40 entry points throughout the stadium that have scanned over 250k total tickets. Express Access now has the highest “Voice of the Fan” rating each game with an average score of 9.3/10.

Enrolled users and their entire group can quickly enter with a single scan, and data shows that one express lane can process 9 groups per minute.
What began as a limited mobile order pick up offering in 2022 has grown into 4 unique form factors across 12 different locations. Each location allows enrolled fans to pay with their face using stored information to quickly make purchases without needing to pull out a wallet, phone, or ID. Fan loyalty is applied to purchases, which enables instant rewards.

Through a simple one-time enrollment, fans can automatically use stored payment, ID, and loyalty program without tapping, swiping, or scanning.
Building on the success of a limited 2023 pilot program and as part of a league-wide NFL initiative, Wicket was utilized at every NFL stadium including in Cleveland where it was used by an average of 1,000 users per game at 16 different locations – including access to field level, press box, and player locker rooms.
The addition of Wicket to this workflow reduced burden on staff by eliminating manual credential checks, and reduced risk of unauthorized entry

Shortly after the Browns saw the first hand benefits of Wicket’s solutions for fan facing applications, they began using it internally as well. They now use Wicket for access to their headquarters, which includes business operations as well as a training facility for players and coaches, where over 1 million entries have gone through the system.
