Wicket’s Facial Authentication technology speeds up entry at live events. When guests opt in, they can skip the lines and spend more time enjoying the event.
Event entry reduces lines, lets guests enter events faster, and is consistently rated the highest experience item by both sports fans and event attendees
Ensure guests enter the event faster, giving them more time to browse and spend without the fear of long lines keeping them tied to their seats.
Simplify operations, allowing you to repurpose both space and staff for mission-critical tasks, and reduce vendor bloat with multi-purpose technology.
Wicket technology is supported by a large integration library that allows people attending live events—whether sports games, conferences, or other in-person events—to seamlessly connect their entry token (ticket, pass, badge) to their face. On the day of the event, they can simply walk up to a Wicket sensor, show their face, and walk in.
With this, event venues can reduce lines, keep guests happier, and ensure that nothing detracts from the actual experience guests are invested in attending.
See industry-specific use cases below.
Wicket technology is integrated into major ticketing and event management platforms, as well as turnstiles and entry hardware.
Wicket sensors are lightweight and easy to update on the fly, allowing teams to adjust sensor function, placement, and branding as needed.
Sensors are designed to be easy to use, with a variety of sensor modes supporting the needs of guests, administrators, and operators.
When fans opt into Wicket entry programs, they need to connect their tickets during the registration process to use them at the event. Since, Wicket only needs one person to register, large groups of fans can walk in with just one person’s face.
Of course, plans change! If someone can’t make it to the event or fans need to use fewer tickets for any reason, a Select Tickets button makes it easy for fans to use only the tickets they need!
There are multiple ways to enroll in Wicket-powered programs. On-site signage (with QR codes or links) can take guests to branded enrollment sites, or they can register when Wicket is embedded into your registration processes. Enrollment only takes a minute, and guests can check their enrollment status on dedicated Wicket sensors and enroll for any active use case on-site.
Day Pass allows fans, guests, and employees who need to step out of an event to easily re-enter without needing to re-scan a ticket, go through a cumbersome entry process, or use unreliable methods like stamps or wristbands to regain access to secure areas.
This makes it easier for event organizers to manage event re-entry, and can be used in several ways:
STEP 1
Users log in and connect their ticket or badge account to Wicket.
STEP 2
Users opt into a Wicket express entry program and take a selfie.
STEP 3
On the day of the event, all users have to do is arrive, show their face, and go!
