DOYLESTOWN, PA. — October 10, 2025 — Wicket, the leading facial authentication platform provider in live events, today announced the rollout of dedicated facial ticketing lanes at The Ohio State University football games, delivering a faster and more seamless entry experience into the third-largest stadium in the United States, Ohio Stadium.
Ohio State introduced the Express Entry program at their homecoming Big Ten matchup against the Minnesota Golden Gophers this past Saturday, October 4th. Hundreds of students signed up for the program by simply logging into their ticketing account, opting in to Express Entry, and uploading a selfie.
Enrolled students can now breeze into the stadium through dedicated Express Entry ticketing lanes by simply smiling at a ticketing iPad, which confirms their information without requiring them to take out their phone or show their tickets. Furthermore, students with multiple tickets on their account, along with their guests, can enter with just one face scan.
“We are really excited about Express Entry as a way to get students into the stadium faster to fuel Buckeye spirit,” said Kate Nushart, Assistant Athletic Director, Ticketing at Ohio State. “Reducing lines and easing stadium entry improves the experience for everyone, letting students spend more time cheering on the Buckeyes and less time standing in line.”
