What’s New with Wicket – May 2026

Welcome to the Spring 2026 Wicket Express Update, where we highlight new product updates, integrations, and news to you and fellow Wicket customers.

What's New With Wicket

We’ve been busy with some Spring cleaning! Wicketsoft.com has been revamped and updated with more information, examples, and case studies that showcase the power of the Wicket platform. After you’re done with the newsletter, feel free to take a spin through it all by clicking the link above.

But first – let’s dive in to the updates!

Introducing Wicket Admin

The Wicket platform is growing! For the past 5 years, we’ve worked alongside our customers and partners to build out and manage their deployments of Wicket technology using our in-house web application, Wicket Access. As our customer base has grown and evolved, we set out to put the power of our platform into YOUR hands by building a modern web application that turns everything you do with Wicket into an intuitive, self-serve tool: Wicket Admin.

Below are some of the core features:

  • Device Configuration – Device provisioning and configuration capabilities that allow you to quickly set up devices and manage every aspect of how they’ll be used and what the user experience will look like for your guests.
  • Enrollment Workflows – Easily onboard end users with custom enrollment sites, campaigns, and automated emails where you control the branding and messaging.
  • Real-Time Logs – Monitor usage in real-time across your various Wicket-enabled touch points, and identify any issues as they’re happening.
  • Reporting Tools – New reporting tools provide visibility into enrollment and usage before, during, and after an event, and allow you to export interaction data to your internal systems for further analysis.

We’re currently introducing the Wicket Admin web and mobile application to a select group of beta users, and if you’re interested, please reach out to us.

CASE STUDY: Tennis Australia expanded their use of Wicket at the Australian Open at Melbourne Park in January. In one of our latest customer case studies, we highlight how they scaled usage of their Express Entry lanes by over 500% year-over-year and successfully enrolled 22,000 of their fans to reduce wait times at the entrances.

College and University Expansion

Wicket is going back to school! We’re taking the success we’ve had over the years with our professional sports customers to the college market. Thanks to our recent partnership with Paciolan and a growing suite of integration tools, we’re building off the success of our existing deployments at the University of Florida, The Ohio State University, and Boise State University to address the entry and access needs of collegiate programs across the country.

If you have a college program using your facilities or want to introduce Wicket to your alma mater, please reach out to us or check out our website for more information.

New Ticketing Module For Android

As we shared in our last customer newsletter, our team has been busy building out our suite of developer tools that make it easier than ever to integrate Wicket products into your existing applications and workflows.

We’ve added to this suite of tools with our new ticketing module for Android, which enables customers using our Android AuthKit SDK to utilize our pre-built ticket selection and redemption workflow that has processed over 1 Million successful ticket scans from real-world users. This means that you can directly embed Wicket’s proven facial ticketing interface into your Android devices without having to do any work besides setting up the connection between Wicket and your devices.

New Integrations

Integrations are a key component of what separates Wicket’s facial authentication platform from other biometric providers in the sports and live event industry, and we’re excited to share some of our latest integrations and partners:

Wicket in the News

Did you Know?

At the end of 2025, Wicket was announced as a finalist by Sports Business Journal in their annual Best Places to Work in Sports award. This is the third year in a row that Wicket was a finalist, one of only 25 other companies to have that honor. Our team is grateful for this recognition, which wouldn’t be possible without our amazing customers and partners!
