Do users still need to show their ticket if they’re enrolled in Wicket?
Wicket does not require a ticket for ingress. Once enrolled, fans only need their face.
What happens if a user brings children under the age of 13 with them?
As long as the child’s ticket is on the ticketing account associated with the Wicket account, both they and the child can enter the venue. However, children under 13 cannot create accounts with Wicket.
