FRICTIONLESS TRANSACTIONS

What began as a limited mobile order pick up offering in 2022 has grown into 4 unique form factors across 12 different locations. Each location allows enrolled fans to pay with their face using stored information to quickly make purchases without needing to pull out a wallet, phone, or ID. Facial Credentialing

Access to Secure Areas

Building on the success of a limited 2023 pilot program and as part of a league-wide NFL initiative, Wicket was utilized at every NFL stadium including in Cleveland where it was used by an average of 1,000 users per game at 16 different locations – including access to field level, press box, and player locker rooms.

Increased Accountability

The addition of Wicket to this workflow reduced burden on staff by eliminating manual credential checks, and reduced risk of unauthorized entry
