Simplifying Concessions

In 2024, the Cleveland Browns sought to expand their facial authentication offerings with a large-scale deployment of multiple Wicket-powered Tapin2 checkout kiosks as part of the new Express Access Concessions program, allowing fans to pay with their face at dozens of Browns locations.

In addition to providing faster payments, the collaboration leverages Wicket’s ID verification technology to allow fans to use Tapin2 to buy beer and other alcoholic beverages for users aged 21+.

Growing Footprint

Wicket’s payment-ecosystem deployment keeps expanding, with Tapin2 kiosks delivering a key piece in improving fan concessions. In game 1 of the deployment, a staggering 24% of all transactions were processed through Express Access Concessions during the peak period before kickoff.
