In 2022, the Cleveland Browns revolutionized the stadium entry process: combining Evolv and Wicket Software to shift from traditional ticketing systems to a fully touchless experience.
Wicket’s near-instant facial ticketing technology, alongside Evolv’s Express physical security screening, can process up to 40 tickets per minute and up to 4,000 people per hour, respectively.
The efficiency of each system makes the technologies perfect complements, transforming two bottlenecks into one streamlined process.
At Huntington Bank Field, approximately 43,000 Browns season ticket accounts have enrolled in the Wicket program. The number of enrolled fans has grown every year, with extremely positive (rated 9.6/10) fan feedback.
Now, Wicket and Evolv are streamlining ingress for multiple stadiums and arenas such as the Atlanta Falcons’ Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Tennessee Titans’ Nissan Stadium.
Wicket’s facial authentication technology complements Evolv Express well in the field, helping venues streamline both entry and security. Together, our platforms help in delivering faster, more efficient fan ingress—especially in high-volume environments where fan experience and throughput matter most.
